Persona Virtual commissioning
In my work as a VI expert, I use my technical expertise to perform a variety of activities:
Creating digital twins: I create detailed virtual models of production equipment, machines, and control systems to analyze their behavior in a simulated environment.
Simulation software: I work with modern simulation software such as Siemens PLM, Rockwell Automation, and Dassault Systèmes to realistically model the production process and control systems.
Integration of control and automation systems: I review and validate how different systems such as PLC, robotic controls, and drives work together in a virtual environment before deploying them in the real world.
Error detection and correction: I identify potential sources of errors and implement solutions to minimize downtime and costly delays during real commissioning.
Optimization of processes and operations: I analyze the performance and efficiency of simulated systems to identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations.
Training and support: I work closely with commissioning engineers, programmers and operators to prepare them for the use of the new systems and to support them during implementation and commissioning.
Documentation and Reporting: I create technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate virtual commissioning results and track project progress.
Through my work as a virtual commissioning expert, I help increase productivity, reduce costs, and shorten time-to-market for new products and equipment.
