Hunt Valve introduces an interactive actuator configurator developed by CADENAS USA

Cincinnati, OH - Hunt Valve recently launched an all-new interactive actuator configurator developed by CADENAS USA on the 3Dfindit platform. The new online tool features Hunt's popular rod-style and rodless actuators and allows users to instantly configure, download and virtually test them in their design environment. By providing customers with on-demand access to digital product information, Hunt is enhancing its online digital customer experience and making it even easier to buy from Hunt.
Hunt Valve is best known for its high-quality industrial valves and actuators that can be customized for any application. Now, the process of customizing actuators has been simplified and streamlined. The process that used to take 24-48 hours can now be completed in seconds. Engineers and designers simply navigate to the actuator they need and configure the product according to their requirements. They get an instant 3D preview of their configuration to ensure accuracy before downloading a 3D CAD model in one of 100 native and neutral formats of their choice. The downloaded 3D CAD model can then be tested in a live engineering environment to ensure proper fit and function.
"No more waiting," says Majdah Bin-Salamon, Director of Business Development for Hunt's Actuator Division. "This new tool is all about convenience for our customers, as it allows us to deliver the outstanding customer experience we strive for. Now that the digital product models are available for self-service on our website, our customer service team has more time to devote to customers who call with application questions or customer service inquiries."
