The DS is a fully extending telescopic rail consisting of a fixed guide rail, an identical moving guide rail, and an S-shaped intermediate element. The raceways are hardened, and the robust intermediate element is designed to show high moment of inertia and rigidity in a slim size. The result is a high-performance telescopic rail with high load capacities and low deflection in the extended state.Main advantages:• Version “B” with locking in closed position (for this option, different left and right slides are provided).• Designed for demanding applications (high loads and speeds, shocks, crash test, etc.) thanks to its hardened raceways.• Very low opening / closing force and excellent quality of movement, even under load, thanks to its minimal deflection.• Clearance-free over the entire stroke. Stroke can be adapted on request according to requirements.• Rails and sliders made of cold-drawn, high-performance, steel for optimised mass and inertia. Intermediate element with a very rigid S-shaped profile.• Operating temperature range between -20°C and +80°C.
