The screw spindle is a component of a screwdriving machine, with which the screws are screwed into the workpieces. The spindle is usually made of metal, often steel, and consists of a long, rotatable axle, at the ends of which are spindle washers. The spindle washers are used to receive and guide the screws. The screw spindle is driven by a motor that transmits the rotary motion to the spindle.
