On-demand configuration of conveyor belts at MTF Technik

Digital Catalog
Thanks to CADENAS' CAD-supported 3D models, MTF customers can now assemble conveyor belts online and customize them to their individual needs

Conveyor belts play an essential role in industrial production, because without them, literally nothing works. The areas of application for goods conveyors are extremely diverse - for example, they transport the smallest individual parts or cars weighing several tons from one station to the next. The requirements for a conveyor belt therefore vary greatly depending on the area of application.
In order to be able to respond more individually to the specific wishes of customers, MTF Technik, a company specializing in conveyor belts, separation systems and automation systems, has launched a digital product catalog and configurator in cooperation with CADENAS. This allows users to configure conveyor belts according to their own needs and specific applications on the manufacturer's website or the CADENAS 3Dfindit platform.

CAD Catalog MTF Technology

The perfect conveyor belt in just a few clicks

You can enter requirements such as dimensions, pick-up and delivery height, belt specifications, drive unit or underframe in the online tool and put together the perfect product in just a few simple steps. In addition, the configurator is available to customers around the clock and provides 3D CAD models and PDF data sheets of straight Multi-Tech and I-Tech conveyor belts for free download in more than 100 native file formats.
Designers can continue working with the intelligent product information from MTF directly in their planning software and do not have to submit a request with their specific requirements and wait for feedback from the manufacturer. This also frees up capacity at MTF.
