Diaphragm valves for chlor-alkali electrolysis

Commissioned by Chemical group KEM ONE, the state-of-the-art membrane electrolysis plant located 10 kilometres northwest of Marseille is being built by specialists from Chemieanlagenbau Chemnitz GmbH (CAC). This future production facility located on the coast of southern France will set new standards in terms of energy efficiency and environmental friendliness.
The diaphragm valves of the SISTO-20 type series to be supplied feature a robust design and a long service life. These properties are achieved thanks to confined diaphragms with rear support. Valves of this type series have proven their worth across the globe in numerous plants where chlor-alkali electrolysis applications involve particularly corrosive and aggressive fluids.
