Strain relief elements

Tension relief elements are used to prevent damage to buildings and other structures caused by excessive tensile forces. They are attached to either the exterior wall or the interior wall of a structure and ensure that the tensile forces are distributed evenly throughout the structure. Tension relief elements can be made of various materials such as steel, concrete, plastic or wood.
